Dr Pinakin is a contemporary United Kingdom fellowship-trained General and Interventional Cardiologist based in Singapore.

 

He has a deep understanding of all aspects of general cardiology and treats a wide spectrum of its associated medical conditions. He is a strong proponent of preventive care and takes a keen interest in managing chronic cardiovascular risk factors.   

He subspecialises in interventional cardiology for the management of coronary artery disease and uses the latest methods in performing coronary angioplasties which incorporate intracoronary physiology and imaging. His procedures are evidence-based and his expertise includes complex anatomical subtypes such as the left main, bifurcations, calcific disease, and chronic total occlusions. 

He highly values the power of communicating efficiently but in simple and easy-to-understand concepts. He listens attentively and takes pride in being multilingual so that nothing gets lost in translation.
